My name is Emma and I am the Circuit’s Administrator. Yes, this does mean paperwork, meetings, phone calls and emails but it is much more interesting that. The role is to free up my colleagues to do their work in the churches and in the community as effectively as possible.
I am here to support our ministers, lay employees, those in our 22 churches and as well as being a contact point for the community.
I enjoy the variety of things that the role entails and working from home means that my working day can be very flexible.
I am part of Capel Methodist where I get involved with a wide range of things from leading worship, serving as treasurer and being part of the team of stewards.
Outside of work I enjoy watching sport (an Ipswich town fan), gardening, reading and walking the dogs.
