Craft time with Elizabeth

During the current lock-down our Lay Employees have had to learn new ways of doing things so that they can continue to reach out to people at various clubs and activities. We are hoping to bring you some examples of the kind of things that have been happening and the first thing we are showing you is from the grandly titled,
“Ipswich Methodist Messy Craft and Chat” . This is a new group that started up last September at Chantry library, thanks partly to a grant from the Methodist New Places for New People fund and today, we are bringing you one of the Craft videos that has recently been posted.

At the time of posting this video has reached 734 people on Facebook ! Many more than would normally be at Chantry library on a Tuesday afternoon !

Craft activities are posted onto Facebook every Tuesday afternoon at the same time that the sessions would normally run.

Here are some examples of recent crafts that have been posted giving ideas of how to use your empty toilet roll tubes !
