Our church leaders for the three churches met together on Wednesday to discuss our plans for worship and when to begin in-person worship.
In this really challenging year, we bring you a sheet of activities to help you to focus on self-care through this Lent season. There are 40 activities in total so why not pick one each day and give yourself a boost of positivity.
While we are in National Lockdown, the majority of our Circuit Churches have decided not to open for in person worship. The Circuit will continue to offer digital and printable services available on our website and some of our churches are offering Zoom worship – see the chart below.
The theme this year for our Circuit Video Services for Lent is God’s Promises. We also have a Circuit Lent Course and a Lent Prayer Calendar along with a daily ‘Thought for the Day’

Lent begins in the middle of February. Our theme for Lent this year will be God’s Promises focusing on the many promises that God has made to us. Beginning with God’s covenant promise to Noah, we will trace the Biblical story through to Christ’s death and resurrection which ultimately fulfilled those promises. We will begin with a short service on Ash Wednesday 17th February.
The East Anglia District bring us news of an exciting event to be hosted on Zoom on 20 March entitled Global Encounter.
