Psalm 55 v22.
Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken
Every now and again my phone sends me a message to say that I’ve used up nearly all my storage and that I should do something about it. Panic can set in and then I phone James to talk me through what I should do. (I’m not very good with technology).
When Zoom became so important during lockdown, unfortunately for Richard, it was he who had to talk me through installing it. I know that it is the fear of doing something wrong that holds me back from just getting on and doing these things myself. I’m grateful that I have sons who can help me.
Life can be a bit like my phone. It can get overloaded causing sleeplessness, irritability, worry. It’s time to drop some activities and say no to some requests.
Thankfully we have a loving Heavenly Father on whom we can off-load our burdens.
He has promised to help us carry them.
