Dr Lin Berwick is a Methodist Local Preacher living locally and has written many books, including Undefeated (1980), Inner Vision (1990), God’s rich pattern (2012), On the count of three (2022), Nobody does it better then me: The story of Alma (2023). Lin has been blind from a young age, and is now confined to a wheelchair. However she lives independently with carers and enjoys travelling particularly to classical music concerts around the country. She and her late husband founded the Lin Berwick Trust, a disability charity providing purpose built self-catering holiday accommodation around the UK for disabled people, their family and carers.
This book is an exploration of everyday life from the cradle to the grave, encompassing the humorous and the poignant, with a thoughtful reflection and prayer at the end of each short chapter.
