At Café Church on Sunday, our puppets brought us 2 sketches, the first to explain how Jesus is the light of the world and the second to remind us that next week is remembrance Sunday. Talking about light gave us the opportunity to have some small indoor fireworks and after the service there were sparklers of the real and edible kind!
Our crafts after the service focused on remembrance with poppies and poppy wreaths being made and taken home. We were also lucky with the weather and the sun came out so we could make use of the garden and enjoy our jacket potato lunch together.
