At the movies -The Choral

We have booked a private screening for our next film which will be The Choral.

The Choral is about a Yorkshire village’s choral society during World War I, which loses its male members to the war and must recruit teenagers to continue its performances, led by a new, unconventional conductor, Dr. Henry Guthrie. The film explores the community’s experience as the young boys grapple with the joy of singing and the looming threat of conscription, celebrating the power of music and community in a time of crisis.

You can watch a trailer by clicking here.

This will be at Cineworld in Ipswich on Monday 24th November at 2pm.

The cost is £ 8.00 per head which includes car parking (register your car on the screen in the cinema)

To book, please email administrator@methodistic.org.uk by 13th November to confirm your ticket.
